These terms govern use of sunzu.com, the public website for the Sunzu group. Sunzu, Inc. provides services in the US and the rest of the world outside the UK, Switzerland and EEA. Its wholly owned subsidiary Alpha Base OS Ltd serves the UK, Switzerland and EEA. Company details explain the group and its contacts.
1. Website and product services
This website describes Sunzu’s AI research services and lets you contact us, request materials and enquire about access. Access to the research product, its web app and integrations is governed by the customer agreement or order accepted with the relevant provider. These website terms do not replace or amend a signed customer agreement or data processing agreement.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its materials to evaluate Sunzu. Do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, impersonate others, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. You must have authority to submit information on behalf of an organisation.
3. Intellectual property
Sunzu and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding and materials. Except where permitted by law or an express licence, do not reproduce, modify or redistribute protected materials without permission. Linking to our public pages is permitted. No ownership of your submitted content transfers to us merely because you contact us.
4. Information you submit
Provide accurate information and only content you are entitled to share. We use enquiries and contact details to handle your request as explained in our privacy notice. Research uploads belong in the contracted service, not a public contact form.
5. Research information and third-party services
Descriptions and examples explain how Sunzu works. Synthetic research outputs support research judgment and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not a guarantee of future customer behaviour or business results. Published benchmark claims are subject to the scope described in our research guide.
External websites and customer-enabled third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Product integrations, including MCP connections, are governed by the applicable customer agreement and the third-party provider’s terms.
6. Website availability and liability
We take reasonable care with the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is complete or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product warranties and liability are addressed in your customer agreement.
7. Applicable terms and disputes
Your customer agreement determines the law and dispute process for the service. These website terms do not select a different provider or change that agreement. 8. Changes and contact
